​Our Analysis

Before the onset of the pandemic I enjoyed a level of business activity that allowed me to supplement my income in a way that I could eventually give to charities and reinvest in Elite Event Planning with profits instead of my job income in a short five years.  I enjoyed a pleasant relationship with local and online vendors and was able to provide top notch services and become an authority in event planning in Montgomery Alabama.  Over the course of the pandemic, through many losses in event income, staff and inventory I, as well as those in my industry today have suffered immensely as a result.

Over The course of the pandemic, I have learned new techniques in the way of event planning incorporating the Covid Careful Campaign and have decided to make the following company wide changes.  To comply with the safe reopening policies of the Alabama Department of Health as well as the Centers for Disease Control:

1.

Conducted research to determine the best way to resume business practices in the most efficient guaranteed to maintain a low  exposure level during events. 

2.

Created experimental events with consenting individuals to determine the most effective way to introduce campaign procedures and have individuals acclimate to the social distancing décor, and all other included to reduce risk of exposure.  

3.

Procured available land for sale from the city of Montgomery to have a general home to demonstrate in real time the lowering of risk exposure on a regular basis.  Allowing vendors and guests to begin the transition to the new normal of attending events in Montgomery Alabama safely.

4.

Maintained our presence online, print and radio ads to begin the process of spreading the word of the campaign, it's components and how they, when followed correctly and monitored for compliance, significantly reduce your exposure to Coronavirus.
