As the Vice President of Legacy Heritage, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization and driving our mission forward. Working closely with our President and dedicated team, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
() Collaborate with the President to develop and implement strategic initiatives that advance our mission of community empowerment and social change.
() Lead and inspire a team of passionate volunteers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence.
() Cultivate meaningful partnerships with local organizations, businesses and community leaders to maximize our impact and reach
() Oversee the planning and execution of impactful programs, events, and initiatives that address the needs of our community and promote positive social change
() Drive fundraising efforts to ensure the financial sustainability and growth of our organization, enabling us to expand our reach and impact even further.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
() Passion for our mission of empowering communities and making a difference.
() Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
() Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage diverse stakeholders
() Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative initiatives
() Dedicated urban gardener with the willingness to assist with general garden maintenance
() Previous experience in nonprofit management, marketing, leadership or related field is a plus, but not required.
