Mission Objective: Develop a self sufficient, life empowering, leadership skillset in disadvantaged minority communities neighborhoods in District 3
Our food program space reaches out to both established and successful restaurants, food trucks and food carts as well as up and coming restaurants, food truck start ups and food cart enthusiasts. Our goal is to introduce a low cost opportunity to begin or expand income streams. For established entities, introducing a outdoor selling component to your business model expands opportunities without the risk. All food spaces should have more than one way to serve their favorite patrons. For premier entities, our space provides a safe space to cultivate your culinary skills without any overhead. If your business is in the infancy stage, our space provides an available space for you to interact with potential patrons, tryout new recipes and make your first dollar with no sales pressure.

Our Premier Downtown Food Truck held on March 23, 2021, was a perfect demonstration of our mission efforts. Top Notch vendors utilized our space to introduce their outdoor selling component to their business model. We would like to thank Chik Fila, Trenae's Boutique, & Nancy's Italian Ice and all the hungry people that drove and walked up to enjoy all the delicious food and support our local vendors.
